How To Get IT Support Now!
To get fast support from our IT Team, we recommend booking an appointment – either for in person or a remote session. If you have a specific tech you’d like to have come out, you can select that on the booking page. Replies are handled in the order received, weekdays between 9am-5pm.
We’re currently in a beta with a ticket review page – you can log in, and view all tickets your organization has pending and completed, the amount of time devoted to them, as well as any notes/updates. if this is something you’d like to be a part of, please email Jim to get your password.
